T.L.O.S. Catering serves a variety of cuisines, including Jamaican, Spanish and American Dishes.

We recommend booking our catering services at least 1 months in advance to ensure availability.

$1000 Monday-Friday 

Our prices vary depending on the type of event, number of guests, and menu selection. Contact us to get a personalized quote for your event.

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute catering requests, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.

Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled order date.

Orders placed within 7 days of the scheduled order date are considered last-minute orders and require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

If full payment is made more than 7 days before the scheduled order date, the client may cancel within 24 hours of payment and receive a refund of 50% of the total order amount.

All payments are final and non-refundable once 24 hours have passed from payment or the order is within 7 days of the scheduled order date, whichever occurs first.

Last-minute orders are final and non-refundable.

Weather / Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or venue shutdowns), refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, a reschedule or service credit of up to the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be offered.

Reschedule Credit Option

Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

If approved, payments may be applied as a one-time service credit toward a future order scheduled within 90 days of the original event date.

Service credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be applied to last-minute orders.

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all payment, cancellation, refund, weather, and rescheduling policies.

Yes on orders less than $1000. The delivery fee is based on your address . Unfortunately we only offer delivery service at the moment.
