Our Story
At T.L.O.S. – The Life Of Shamar, everything starts with family and a love for food.
My name is Shamar, and my passion for cooking was born in my father’s restaurant back in 2004. Over the years, I worked every position—from dishwasher to manager—but what truly lit a fire in me was the joy I saw when people tasted my food.
That joy became my motivation.
In 2022, I launched T.L.O.S. Catering to share that passion on a larger scale. At T.L.O.S. Catering we believe that food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Our goal is to craft authentic, flavorful dishes that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.
This is more than a business. This is my story, my journey, and my way of bringing people joy—one plate at a time.
