Our Story
T.L.O.S. stands for The Life Of Shamar. Hello my name is Shamar and my life is all about family and cooking! I started working in my family restaurant businesses in 2004 and I have filled all positions from washing dishes, serving customers, cooking, and being a manager. But there was something that drove me to perfect my craft. The admiration and the joy I see when people taste my food make my passion thrive. My goal is to open up a restaurant where I can cater to my customers every day, providing authentic cuisine, and creating unique flavorful dishes that delight the senses and leave a lasting impression on our clients and their guests.
